    I rented a smartphone from Wireless Traveler to take on a trip to Canada as I do not have a phone that would work there in order to call home. The salesperson was told up front that I am not technologically savvy and I needed a simple phone and I did not want to pay a lot. He recommended a smartphone with an app where I could make wi-fi calls cheaper from my hotels. I went with his recommendation because I did not know any different. When I got the phone, there were no operating instructions and I could not unlock the SIM card. I called their customer service and got Bobby on the... More...
